The services provided by Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat (the laundromat that has accepted and processed your order) are subject to your (“Customer”) compliance and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read the following agreement carefully. By using any of Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This agreement is strictly between Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of Sunshine Laredo’s services, and for the mutual benefit of both Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat and the Customer, the undersigned (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat will use industry-standard efforts to ensure that washing, drying, and folding services are performed at a professional quality level.
All garments are accepted on the basis of weight and not by piece count.
Due to time constraints, Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat does not review manufacturer care or washing/drying labels.
Only front-load washers with high-extraction cycles are used for all clothing.
Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat accepts no liability for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or damage during washing and drying.
Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat is not liable for “special care” or delicate items that require individual handling.
Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
No guarantee is made for complete stain removal.
Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in pockets or laundry bags (such as money, jewelry, electronics, etc.).
Customers are encouraged to determine if they can accept the possible loss of a garment; if not, please do not leave it with us.
Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat reserves the right to process garments at its own facilities or at those of its affiliates.
Customers must notify Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat within 5 business days of receipt of delivery regarding any missing or damaged items. Failure to do so constitutes waiver of any claim for that delivery.
Please note that Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat washes clothing in shared machines where various detergents are used. Small amounts of previous detergents, which may not be hypoallergenic, may remain in the machines. By using Sunshine Laredo’s Laundromat services, including wash, dry, and fold, the Customer acknowledges this risk and assumes responsibility for any resulting reactions.
SUNSHINE LAREDO’S LAUNDROMAT’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO GENERAL MONEY DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED THE CHARGES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE TERM IN WHICH THE DAMAGES OCCURRED. THIS SHALL BE THE FULL EXTENT OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNSHINE LAREDO’S LAUNDROMAT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WAS KNOWN OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN.
SUNSHINE LAREDO’S LAUNDROMAT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
This agreement and any referenced documents constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties. It may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, where the services are provided.
